On 16 December, the Vladimir Nabokov Museum will open an exhibition ‘Abandoned. Jewellery Tales from Mi Mi Moscow’. The exhibition will feature works by artists Mila Kalnitskaya and Mikhail Maslennikov, jewellers whose work has been evolving dynamically for over thirty years. Known both locally and internationally, the family duo has won prizes in numerous jewellery exhibitions and competitions. Their works are displayed in many of the world's museum collections.
The exhibition will feature around 40 brooches. It is a collection of bright, bold, provocative brooches in the form of various fantastical characters.
