The co-authors of the lecture will present a new approach to phono-semantic analysis of the poetic text.

The Phonotext software programme developed on the basis of the proposed methodology allows to measure the phonic coherence of the text, determine the nature of sound repetitions, and make suggestions for semantic interpretations of the sound patterns.

Georgii Vekshin is Doctor of Philology, Professor in the Institute of Publishing and Journalism at Moscow Polytechnic University, and research associate at St Petersburg University;

Yaroslav Loskot is an independent researcher.

The event will be in person at the Vladimir Nabokov Museum, 47 Bolshaya Morskaya Street
